Airtel Ghana has decided to make up to their clients for network glitch with free goodies. The telecommunications company indicated that it has given its clients free voice m internet and SMS to compensate for problems incurred on March 10.
Airtel Ghana has moved to make up for their network problems by giving the clients a subscription free voice , internet and SMS for a network glitch that occurred on march , 10 2016. The company apologized for the failure of services in different parts of the country and the interruption of service caused customer distress therefore the move to appease the customers. The firm indicated that they are providing a compensatory package referred to as Airtel gift. The gift will see the entire customer enjoy free voice, SMS, and data from 8am to 12 midnight for a day.
The customers were required to register for the compensation package using the short cord *202# before they could enjoy the offer. Airtel marketing director Rosy Fynn indicated that the network interruption was caused by a technical glitch on a regular network upgrade. She further said that Airtel Ghana is committed to giving the customers excellent services. She expressed her apologies to their esteemed customers and thanked them for their continued support and loyalty. She further indicated that Airtel would strive to offer exceptional services to the Ghanaians through regular upgrades to get into modern telecommunication technologies.
As a network that believes in unmatched quality services the firm will continue to work tirelessly in improving customer situation and operations in the country and consumer service was their key priority. She said that those still having trouble should call 100 for further assistance. Although Airtel has apologized a section of consumers, indicate that they did not receive any message from the company or a guidance indicating that there will be free services throughout the day.
